Sophie was the absolute most honest, most helpful, wonderful sales associate! It was a beautiful location, the dresses were amazing, and the service was the beat we have received yet. And the prices!!! Half of what we were going to pay elsewhere. I would recommend this boutique one hundred times over.

I Went in yesterd...

I Went in yesterday to look for an evening gown. The girl was very kind and helpful. She even gave me a deal on the dress I wanted! I'm going back today to get it hemmed. Great service!

When a woman goes in to get to a bridal shop to buy her wedding gown it should be one of the best experiences ever. Bella Promess Bridal was not in any way shape or form. First when we walked in for our appointment they would only show us the bigger dresses and only when we asked if we could look at the others to get ideas and order in a bigger size was the response "I guess we could do that" Not a great first impression but none the less decided to give them a try. Our appointment was at 12:30 at 1:15 we were still seated outback shoved in some corner because they overbooked and lost control of their prior appointments. Then when trying on dresses that were brought out by the attendant we were then told to get her out of that dress it was someone else's by the manager. Needless to say the bride to be was mortified by the whole experience and left the store in tears. They did how ever call later and asked if they could bring her back to try to make it right but by this time the damage was done. Buyer beware of the service from this store, especially when the worst was from the manager.
