    Not great

    I don't know why they have a yellow page listing as they're impossible to reach on the phone. They also have a fairly restrictive return policy so be careful when you're purchasing items . Friendly enough staff but that's not enough to get return business.

    Cohoons Knows Customer Service

    Best customer service I have ever experienced, hands down. These people will do whatever it takes to fix your problem, and will go out of their way to do it. Awesome customer servive! Thanks Cohoons!

    Dull

    Had 2 or 3 dog groomer blade sets sharpened by Cohoon's. Cost a lot and they were just has dull as when I brought them in. Maybe an employee who doesn't know how to use sharpener.

    I Won't Use Cohoon's Again

    We had two microwaves serviced by Cohoon's in August . We put one into use and stored the other. By late January the first was malfunctioning in the very same way as previously. We then brought the second microwave oven out of storage and it immediately began doing the same weird things as when we took it in for repair; after less than three days (of occasionally reheating food),it quit working altogether. When I called Cohoon's,I was told flatly by a woman that warranty on service was 90 days. No offer of repair was made when I told her than one oven had not even been used. Her sympathy for our situation was zilch. And zilch will be the amount of hard earned money I will ever give this company again. I don't believe them to be trustworthy.
