Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They opened the door for us as I wheeled up in my wheelchair. Helped me pick out the right box for the safety of my package, and truly all around great service! Shawn was particularly friendly! Thank you!

Rude agents!!! I had to call back 4 times to get an agent who knew what to do but she was rude as if I knew how her business works. I don't work there so I don't! Being nice doesn't cost anything!! But not being pleasant to deal with will cost you your customers!
