Giving Driver Message
I called the D&R DAR terminal 02 24 11 because I knew when my husband didn't answer his phone that he hadn't heard the computer beeping with a preplan & he was sleeping soundly. I asked Dispatch if they would go out to his Unit & knock on the door. I explained why & they said they would. I thought they were very understanding & helpful as one of the Dispatchers did go out & knock on his Unit's door to wake him up.
