    WORST COURIER SER...

    WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER! The shipping was extremely fast and the local customer service was extremely nice but the delivery was extremely painful. I had a pkg arrived at 1pm today when I was having a snap. I did not want the delivery guy leave nor waiting for response so I went by the door and asked if he could leave the pkg by the door because I need to get dressed first. He said he cannot because he needs me sign and said he will come back tomorrow and the left without waiting me say another word! It was irritating and it was a humiliationto his own IQ and EQ.. He was there and I was there but he would rather come back again wasting fuel and working time than be a bit patient to hear me out. So I called the service center and they suggested me to go 20 miles to pick it up (I do not have a car so I would have to take the bus or taxi) or to stay home all day tomorrow waiting the pkg, otherwise it would be send back. I was and still totally speechless.. Then I called the local customer service and there was an experienced lady solved the problem by sending the pkg to the university authority for me to pick up, which was close to where I live. But still, how could a that big company having a that troubled system without experienced delivery staff covering it, which delivery is always the sole spirit of a courier service that nobody care one day or four days the pkg is arrived nor how good the custom services are as long as the pkg is delivered safe and sound. PUROLAR SHOULD AND WILL BE CLOSE DOWN IF CONTINUE USING IRRESPONSIBLE DELIVERY STAFF!

In the event that the receiver is unavailable to accept the delivery, the driver has to move on to the next stop to ensure that the rest of the deliveries and pickups are not jeopardized. The option to have your shipment redirected to another pick up location is always available and upon customer’s request. For future deliveries, please note that you can print and fill out this signature not required form and leave it on the door : http://www.purolator.com/fr/assets/pdf/forms/SNR_single.pdf If you don’t have a printer, you can leave a handwritten note, which should include all the following information: ATTENTION PCL DRIVER: THIS IS TO AUTHORIZE YOU TO LEAVE MY SHIPMENT(S) AT THE DOOR. • PRINTED NAME OF CUSTOMER • SIGNATURE OF CUSTOMER • DATE • ADDRESS • PIN(s) The driver would take the note as a proof of delivery and leave the package.
