Lee Castle's Plumbing & Heating

We had a Lee Castle crew replace our hot water heater. Within 24 hours of this installation we had 4 fire trucks at our house due to an electrical fire caused by arcing at the hot water heater disconnect. The fire report and subsequent electrician's diagnosis both indicated the cause was a mistake during hot water heater installation. While the damage could've been much worse, we were content to allow Lee Castle the opportunity to 'make it right' and cover the electrician repair (~$200). Instead

Ripped me off. 2 hours worked but billed 4.5 hours saying “travel” $225 for travel? They “generously” dropped one hour off but beware, they will scam you because they don’t tell you where travel is charged from or when travel stops or that travel is even charged as labor! Ended up paying almost $500 for a dishwasher install. Avoid at all costs if you like your money!

Nonexistent customer service. Had work done in October and caps on wires were not addressed at the boiler where they replaced fittings for the heating system. I asked for a phone call back and that was back in December here it is almost 3 weeks later and I'm just getting emails. I sent an email with photos and wait 6 or 7 days not cool. Told me they were going to fail safe my kitec plumbing and I find out that's impossible. The issues were found by another plumber that was here after the install

We have a deep well pump and a water softener. Over the years (45) we have had Castle Plumbing come to our house for no water, no pressure, leaking pressure tank and other issues. They have always been professional and got the job done. When something didn’t work quite right, which was rare, they came back right away and re-did/fixed it. We would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues.
