    Friendly, Excellent Child Care

    As a parent of three children who have attended the Cobequid Children's Centre for the past 4 years, l have experienced nothing short of excellence from the teachers as well as the owner. It's hard to believe that people would write out right lies about this centre. As any smart individual knows, these previous postings are untrue. Go on a tour of the centre yourself and meet the teachers and owner you will be pleasantly pleased!

    Baby Boy

    I'm sorry to say but i aswell would not recommend this location, my son was mistreated, had to sit out in a time out for 4 hours at a table, there's too many teachers comming and going from this place, my son was there for just over a year and seen 7 different teachers

    Thank you Mommy bear82/Baby Boy for your inaccurate account of the Cobequid Children's Centre. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify that no child has ever been mistreated or had a extended time out at our centre. As a licensed facility governed under the Nova Scotia Day Care Act we take great pride as Early Childhood Educators and provide excellent inclusive care to all children who are enrolled. Our core educators have been at the centre since it has opened in 2001. I would also like to inform you that like all other daycare centres there is a small percentage of staff turn over just like any other business. This does not compromise the integrity or quality of inclusive child care. In the future should you have any concerns about our centre of excellence please do not hesitate to contact me at your convenience as Director/Owner l welcome the chance to clarify any concerns you may have and dismiss any untruthfulness that you feel warranted to post.     I cannot recommend this daycare. The previous reviewer happens to be correct.

    Unfriendly Service

    The service that I experienced at Cobequid Childrens Center was less then ideal. My child has been there for just under a year and has already had over half a dozen teachers. The turnover rate there is rather high and the owners do not respect the child or the parent. We have decided to move onto another daycare that would satisfy the growing needs of my child. Two months later we are very happy with our new daycare and am glad that we switched.

    I would like to take this opportunity to thank papa123(alias) in taking the time in writing untruthful comments about the Cobequid Children's Centre. As a licensed child care centre of excellence l would like to state that all children in our care receive quality inclusive child care. All parents are respected and clear transparent communication is key between parents and educators. Most negative reviews are from those who have not paid the centre and have no intention of doing so. For a truthful review please contact the Registry of childcare centres of Nova Scotia :)
