I ordered two mozzaburgers and two rings and one fries the rings and fries were so covered with salt it had to be a prank - nobody puts that much salt on their food - the fries looked encrusted with salt completely inedible, even the dog turned his nose up at it I wonder what I did wrong, this seems personal

My husband and I used to enjoy going to the Port Hastings A&W BUT the last 2 times we went the food has been awful. My husband had a papa cheese burger cheese not melted fries were soggy with oil and over cooked. My fries were the same and the teenburger I had must have been made a couple hours ago and the bun was hard. Has gone down hill . front service was fine need another cook .did not eat fries
