The portion size is extremely small, especially for what you pay for. You need to get a second or even third piece of chicken just to get your fill.
Sandwiches are disappointing; they're even smaller portions than the chicken.
Service is usually slow, and they tend to foret things in your order.

Swiss chalet is my family and I's favorite restaurant
The food is always excellent
the waiters are always johnny on the spot with everything
the atmosphere is ok i guess but the food is absolutly to die for
This perticular swiss chalet has won several " Best Swiss Chalet in Canada " awards
If your going to be in sydney drop by to swiss chalet and i guarantee you'll love it :)
Not the best Swiss Chalet I've been to; salads are often small and made with mostly lettuce stalks. But for good homestyle chicken & ribs, it makes do.
Staff is hit or miss, can be slow and inattentive.
