Friends meet there weekly for past 8 years with previous owners and it was 5 star. New owners - service level dropped considerably and now February 2018 HUGE price increase due I guess to increase of minimum wage. It was a great Saturday breakfast including coffe for a total of $9.85 plus tip. We met as usual in February 2018 and were amazed our bill for exactly the same breakfast was now $14.50 plus tip!!!!!! That is an increase of $4.65 for breakfast in one week - that is a 47% increase
We've previously been to this restaurant and being served with better food and services. This time we were served by the manager/owner of the restaurant Jamila, and she tried to take a table from us (family of 5). The food was cold, and we brought it to her attention, but Jamila explained that the pancakes and home fries are supposed to be cold (they were literally fridge cold). Our orders were mixed up. We had to ask a few times for our water. We politely asked for a discount for the cold food
Lukewarm coffee served twice. May be a problem with machine brewing the coffee...it needs replacing or a new heating element. We settled for ice water. This is the first time getting coffee that is not hot at his restaurant. My wife and I attend herd on a regular basis by ourselves and with grandchildren.
I've been here a number of times. I treat my son to this place when he's been good. I haven't found anything on their menu that has disappointed me. If I have to say anything negative, I can say that the crepes are a lot thicker than what I'm accustomed to, but I can live with that - they're topped with more fruit than you can imagine. Chocolate sauce actually tastes like chocolate, and not "someone's interpretation of chocolate". The coffee is way better than you'd expect for a freebie. The juices are so fresh-tasting, it's scary. Even the salmon tastes great - something that's hard to do for such a big menu.
What more can you ask for, been here 3 times and have never been disappointed. The food is very good, prices are reasonable and restaurant is very bright and clean. Service is prompt. Portions are large so no one should be leaving hungery
The food is very good i recommend this restaurant to everyone. I am regular customer and i visit 2-3 times a week. They have fast service and great food.
Well i come here every week mostly on Saturdays. the food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the most expensive foods on the list for the first time they were, expert, symphony, eggscrepes special, Benedict, strawberry banana crepe, and queens. My food was so good of course i didn't eat all of it i had friends there too. My waitress was very nice and welcoming. I talk to the owner a couple i see him he is very kind and helpful. my food has always been good. At first we were actually interested to go to coras but my wife dragged us here for my first visit the food and service were great as usual i could eat here all the time. the food is always fresh. Service is very fast. The owner renovated the restaurant and it looks very good. Atmosphere is very beautiful. TRY EGGS CREPES FOR A CHANGE BETTER THAN ANY RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN TOO
We decided to try Egges Crepes as a fill er up before a busy day at Canada's Wonderland. We didn't have to wait for a table. The menu was quite extensive! The food was hot and plentiful. Service was quick and courteous. We will be back.
