Swiss Chalet

At the best of times, the food served is delicious, and it's pretty kid-friendly for our young family. The problem however is that it is not consistent. I think this is related to the same problem affecting the service. In short, I think more training and/or supervision of staff is needed. It's a pretty young crowd and the environment seems to give way to fun times being had by staff, sometimes before the needs of customers are considered or addressed.

I feel that Swiss Chalet is really overpriced for their food. It is not worth it at all. Although it is relatively cheap when you compare to other dinners, but I feel that for that price you could have went to some where else to fill up. The chicken was much to dry and tasteless. The sauce did not make it better at all. The sauce had a unique..weird after taste to it. Instead, I drowned my chicken in ketchup.
