The quality of the halibut is not as good as before the renovations. We were regular customes and really notice the difference. So sad.

Best Fish EVER!!

This is by far, the best fish and chips place I have ever been to. I try my best now to go at least twice a week. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The dining room and washrooms were extremely clean. I got a chance to speak with the owner and he seems to truly care about what he does and the business he owns; which seems to be a rarity these days. I'd highly recommend this great little place to everyone. Another good thing about this place is that it's not only fish and chips they have a large menu with something for everyone, and DEEP FRIED MARS BARS!

Great Variety and Delicious Food

Yes, it is under new management! I love the Ribs, Fish & Chips, Smoothies and the great service they have. I truly love how everything is freshly prepared, and the fries/onion ring size is outstanding.(Very Big Plate Full!) Also i've tried the deep fried mars bar and the Bankquet Burger before and it was very delicious and everything was fresh and hot when they were delivered to my table.

Wonderful surprise!!! Ownership has changed since we were last there (over 1 1/2 years ago) and we were very impressed with the food and the new owners! No longer greasy.....wonderful fresh fish & chips......even the coleslaw was very good!! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu!!!

Best Halibut and Chips

If you are looking for the old style halibut and chips that you loved, this is the place to go. The halibut portions are huge and taste outstanding! It is the only place in the area that I can rely on for great fish and chips along with decent prices. Owner and staff are very nice people!

1st Time Gone Wrong

Fish was greasy, but greek salad was inedible because it was swimming in oil and saturated in seasoning. When I tipped the salad container to the side, all the oil formed a pool - requiring a turkey baster to drain. I ate the fish but had to leave the salad. They also neglected to give me cutlery or napkins in my take-out bag which I took for granted would be there without my having to ask. The room was very cold when I went in. Perhaps turn the heat on for a while before customers come in.
