I have been visitng this location pretty much since it opened. I treat myself to lunch out with a co-worker on Fridays and this location quickly became my go to place. The staff is great, the food is good and consistant and I can count on one hand the number of times I have been longer than my alotted lunch time due to longer waits to be seated or served and those times were quite obviuos that they were salmmed with tournament groups for one event or another. Even with these busy days everything seems to get handled very well. Still one of my fav places to go for a casual bite to eat.

very friendly atmoshpere, all the waitresses are very nice and friendly (and not hard on the eyes either *wink* *wink*). the food is well made neither i nor any of my friends have complained. its is an excellent family restaurant and a person favourite of mine since i started going 7 years ago. i would definetly recomend this restaurant to everyon who is looking for a quality experience and great food.

So I decided to give the White Oaks Mall store another shot after being somewhat disappointed last time. This time I ordered the peppercorn burger combo. The burger came out and there was a tad too much A1 Steaksauce on it, and I thought the onions were a tad overcooked, it was still decent, but far from great. The fries, pretty much the same as last time, not bad but far from great. For a drink, I ordered another Daiquirie(sp?). Again, I walked away still feeling hungry. For 20 bucks, a meal should at least fill me up. I don't see myself ever returning here. I just can't justify spending that much money on a meal that is just 'okay'. Something I found odd though. Both times I ordered a Pepsi midway through my meal, and both times they didn't charge me. Not that I'm complaining. I guess they forgot to charge me, or they give free soft drinks if you spend x amount of dollars.

Food - okay

Service was excellent. Atmosphere was nice. Friends ordered fish & chips which was good. I ordered the oriental grilled chicken salad. The salad was good, but the grilled chicken that went with it was dried and chewy. Definitely, had been hanging around and just warmed up and added to my salad.

Need to open a location in Montreal!!!

I wish that they would open a branch in Montreal. They have great selection of steaks. The price is great for the portions they serve.

The steaks were just okay. They really had odd texture probably something to do with the tenderizing. Would not order steak again. The ribs, as always, tasty and tender. The mini-burgers, while enjoyed by my son, appeared to be rather dry and thin. The chicken dish was rather nice. The appetizer had a very good selection of road house treats. The staff were polite and efficient.

Good stuff

Ended up choosing this restaurant on a whim since there wasn't much else around. Food was great. The brownie is really good. Service was good; our server was very friendly.

The wait to be seated was short. The pricing is relatively inexpensive compared to some of the other restaurants. The service was great and servers was nice. We were served shortly after ordering. Family- Friendly location with a funny birthday song. Friend found her pasta too cheesy for her liking. Nevertheless, will definitely be back again!

Service was very good. Ordered water with lime...

Service was very good. Ordered water with lime and lemon but iced tea was brought to table - this was corrected promptly. Appetizer sampler was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the nachos. My dining companion enjoyed the philly rollup, but my cowboy burger was somewhat overcooked and dry. We'll go back - the restaurant atmosphere was very nice, and there are a number of items in the menu I would like to try. There are a number of items on the menu I would love to try!

First time customer - short wait time, service friendly, dinner hot and delicious and served in a timely manner, bill presented immediately upon request, will definitely be back!
