Every time I ordered from their store they are always making the pizza extremely spicy and incorrect.You tell them you want regular pizza, they just don't understand! If you call them to complain instead of accommodating you as a business should they fight with you over the phone and hang up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The people working there either don't understand your order well or just don't care. Avoid if you don't want to waste your money!

Just ordered pizza today ..... Horrible customer service of two girls and a sardar Ji was very rude to the customer who was asking for a washroom for her little daughter ...they responded terribly to him and shocked me as well .... Do we live in Canada with such attitude and horrible people... Would never visit this place again and would tell everyone to stay away from them

The pizza tastes awesome! Even the simple cheese pizza is out of the world. There was a long wait time for delivery but I understand the holiday rush and they did their best to deliver all the pizzas with correct toppings. When the pizza flavors melted in our mouth I felt it was worth the wait.

My family and I have been loyal customers to City South Pizza, from the Hurontario location. Ever since the new location opened at Cottrelle, we also became loyal to them. We never had an issue with the Hurontario location, not even once, but the Cottrelle location has done nothing but disappoint us. We are completely shocked by their actions. They don't only have the worst customer service, but also no respect for their customers.
