Spent 12 each on 3 dishes. Total came to 55$ for 3 containers. And we got the equivalent of 1 dish of just onions. I have nothing against onions but when you are using onions to fill an entire dish that is “cost saving onions use” and I didnt pay 12$ for a container full of onions!!! So pissed.
We will definitely be going back. Food selection was good for venue, the quality was superb and you can't beat the price. Staff just needs to be a bit more attentive.
first and last time i will order from them. i placed a take out order. it was delivered quickly and efficiently. the sweet and sour sauce was ok.the plain mixed veggies were not fresh or tasty. the won ton broth was tasty,but the meat in it smelled rancid and the won tons tasted like flour. the chicken balls were mostly batter. i ordered plain noodles and they were so drenched in soya sauce i called and said i would not be able to eat them. the lady who answered the phone was unpleasant. a new order of plain noodles was quickly delivered to me, but i've heard accounts of what sometimes happens to your food if you complain, so i don't know if it's advisable to eat them. i rated the service a 3 because the delivery man was very nice, but the lady on the phone was not.

Buffet replentished constantly, supervised by owner, Sweet and Sour Soup excellent, Vegetables plentiful, fresh, tasty! Lemon Chicken good, Sechewan Beef with vegetables quite good, Vegetable Spring Rolls very tasty, not hard, soft drinks and ice tea included in Price, refills also.
Washroom extremely clean, and modern, this is a good sign, service pleasant, but not as attentive as they could be, got soft drink refills, but they missed our table with water refills (owner), all in all good value would reccommend and will keep returning (2nd visit) Can't beat the price for good quality food!
the only thing i would change is the chicken balls. far too much batter. also the manchurian chicken used to be better. however, the price is unbeatable for the quality of food you get. and the buffet included drinks! i was impressed by that.
I've always ordered at this place. Their food is not perfect, but it still delicious. Their prices are fair, and they have good deals too! (especially when you take-out food, its 10% off)
My favourite dish there, or better than anywhere else dish is their Egg/Mushroom Foo Yung! BEST ever, never tried it better elsewhere.
Overall, the food is great, the service is great too. Some people have low ratings, because they dont realize the reasons as to why they might have not been given good service. Maybe,they were so demanding, maybe their questions had the answers on the menu, maybe they were simply rude when they'd ask for something. I know, all customers should be treated the same, but if you were a worker, and you were treated or talked to like a slave, I think giving them respect would be very hard.
Actually visited the location at Steeles/Hurontario. Portions large but food was oily. Chicken balls size of golf balls yet actual chicken was size of a couple pieces of popcorn. Got stomach aches a couple times after. Never again.

The food was delicious! And the price is just as great! I've been going to this restaurant for more then 7 years. Customer service is very professional and buffet is restocked regularly. I recommended a few friends to both locations and they all found it great!

Been eating here for about 10 years. Small buffet - consists of a good selection of Chop Suey, meats in suce, Wan Tons Chicken in curry, s&s ribs. Soups are hot and nicely seasoned. All foods were tasty and hot with regular, careful, replenishment. Staff is helpful and polite.
Well this Chinese place is the closest to my house so we tend to order from there...however, there were two occasions when i visited that i didn't feel quite welcome. I'm not sure if it's family owned or not, but the people who worked there make you feel uneasy and unwelcomed. They literally wait and watch with their arms crossed until your done your plate and make you feel like they want you out of there as soon as possible. I even heard one of the men who work there comment to another employee about how many times another customer went up to the buffet table. Isn't that what a buffet is all about? Can you not go up as many times as you want? Anyhow...sometimes the food can be greasy but i think i will stick with take-out, seeing as how the staff is irritable when clients eat in the buffet.

I used to order food there after work because it was quick, convenient and had great prices. However it's not very good food. I found the eggrolls, ribs and wings to be oily. The chicken balls were HUGE but had a small ball of chicken which meant it was all batter. After a while I realized no wonder I didn't feel to great a couple hours later.
I found a new place where the food is less oily and not full of batter and just tastes better. I won't go back there again.
