Heartlake X-Ray & Ultrasound

Went here for our second ultrasound for our first child . When my wife asked if I could come in , we were told at the end not before . When she mentioned she would feel more comfortable, they pointed to a sign and said no . This is suppose to be an extremely exciting moment for us , instead we are greeted with rude staff and gross policy. Avoid this place as it is clear you are a number and cash grab.

This is the one of the worst ultrasound clinic in Brampton . The lady who have done my wife’s ultrasound . She was so rude and had no smile on the face . She was failed to explain us about the ultrasound . We were so exciting to see our baby . And only shows less than 5 second . I personally recommend please do not go to this place . She ruined our excremental . This clinic should trained their employees how to treat and greet the customer , especially when they come to special ultrasound.

I had the worst experience here, only to have one of the most anticipated ultrasound ruined. Front staff were rude. No smile or greeting. They failed to explain to my husband of the process & told him that he couldn't come in until we were done. So we didn't get to see much of our baby, didn't get see it move around or hear the heartbeat- the kind of things all new moms would love to hear and are always anxious about. They dropped clean towels on the floor & kept them in the clean pile.

Never been there but called to book an appointment and holy mother of God, The receptionist hung up the phone on me!! It seems to be consistent with the last person who also complained about the receptionist!!

This is the worst...

This is the worst place i have ever been to!! I went in for an ultrasound for my pregnancy at 21 weeks and was so excited to see my baby and make sure everything was fine. But the lady was so rude from the moment I went inside. She told me to go to the bathroom and left all the jelly on my stomach so my shirt got dirty. Then she kept singing the whole time she was doing the scan. She was speaking in a very rude tone the whole time and it was so unproffessional. She also kept complaining about her job. I hated the whole experience and will never go back there again!! Please dont go to this place!! I dont want any mom to experience what i did!!! Worst place!!!

Went for an ultrasound... the lady lied to me saying that my baby was fine when I asked, gave me a picture of my baby that didn't have a heart beat and knew the baby wasn't alive. I can't believe someone would do that ... I want to go back so bad and just yell at her for being such a vulgar person. Please don't go and support this place.. I don't want another mom to be experience what I been through. All I have to say is thank you for my unborn dead baby inside me that you knew about...

Today my wife, who has significant pain issues with her hip and leg, had the misfortune of getting x-rays done here. The technician ignored her protestations and expressions of pain while positioning her. She has been in agonizing pain since. The technician has no empathy or understanding of what the patient is enduring. We will never go there again.

This clinc where ...

This clinc where i had my ultrasound, was terrible. The lady didnt give me a gown to put on. Didnt even get me to get change in a change room., had to take off my pants and panty with her in the room. Felt really uncomfortable. She was really rough. She wasnt even going to give me a blanket to cover myself., till i told her i wanted one and needed one because i didnt feel comfortable, Plus she didnt even give me something to clean the gel off. If i didnt had to do my ultrasound that day., i would of left and make an appointment somewhere else. But the only reason why i stand and gkt it done., is that i had to. Waited for 2 weeks to get it done. I recommend everyone not to go to this clinc.

This location is ...

This location is a terrible place to do your blood test. I am pregnant and went to do a blood test, there is not enough seating facilities in this location and I waited over 1 hr standing up and the receptionist finally called me up only to tell me she needs an additional documentation to do my blood test. She wrote all over my requisition form that I wasn't even able to take it to another clinic that didn't need this additional paper work. When I tried to get them to contact my Dr office to get the document they wouldn't do it. They told me they were busy and can't help me. Then they told me my Dr office should call them and then they didn't pick up when my Dr office did call them. They are getting paid for the service they are providing but they are very lazy. I spent 6 hours trying to do this blood test. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!
