Always a winner

Having eaten my way across northern and central India as well as Surrey BC, Kwality Sweets is still my favourite. Whether it is their dynamite child paneer, the unforgettable haryali chicken it just a Channa Batura, everything is great. Service is always attentive. I have been eating at Kwality since 2001. My daughter who lived in India says it is her all time favourite in Canada. Kwality rules.

worst food in entire Brampton with worst service and rude staff.. the waiters are very harsh.... typical desi style... had a very bad experience twice... and when u say plz call your manager.. they just say.. "do whatever you can". Try other restaurants in the are.. 100% better food and very friendly staff... This is the worst restaurant i have ever tried in my entire life... too much oily and stale food served.. they think they have monopoly.. but not now.. will just say never step in at this p

A lot of reviews I've read have been negative, I still went to give it a try and I was very surprised to find out that I had the exact opposite experience. While there I was promptly greeted by server. Our food came realistically fast. Server would check in to make sure I was ok. The food was tasty in my opinion and I was overall very satisfied with my experience there. High suggested to those looking for some good indian food.

Customer Service Doesn't Exsist

called to place a take out order and the employee was rude and hung up the phone on me. I know this place makes a killing but don't forget how you got to driving Land Rovers and X6's!

Disgusting Food and noisy atmosphere.. fish market

We did a take out and had guests over. The food was so spicy and hot that it was unbearable for anyone to eat. It is like the restaurant punished us for going there. Worst part was, we called the next day to complain and still had the left over (since it was tastless and full of chillis), but the manager didnt even want to listen. They are arrogant and dont care if they completely ruin your evening with friends. No courtesy at all on how to talk to customers, very rude and arrogant management. NEVER going there Again!!! Do not spoil your evening. Stay Away !!!
