The receptionist is super awful, passive aggressive, and condescending. Also the plumber had to ask me what price the receptionist gave me, which makes me think that they're overcharging. The replaced drain pipe does work fine though, seems like plumber knows what he's doing. When you get a quote, make sure to ask what "everything under the sink" means, because apparently it is only the drainage pipe they will fix.
