very dissapointed...

very dissapointed with customer service I went to the store in bramlea city center and their was no queue , only few customers were being served. I was not sure where to wait so I stood and waited near till area from the right hand corner. While I was waiting other customer came and till operator MELLISA started serving other customer. I told her that I'm waiting first and she replied " I did not see you ". She was so rude and did not acknowledge my concern and started serving other custome
