I ordered for deliver, the food came in two hours, the food was soggy, cold, and unappetizing. Service was uncaring and slow. I would not recommend the wing place to anyone. Very unsatisfied.
We phoned in an order to wicked wings for 6 people and waited 3 hours for our wings. This was after the initial 1 1/2 hours between the order placed on the phone and our arrival for pickup at the restaurant. After waiting 2 1/2 hours I asked the girl at the till how much longer and she was rude and obnoxious and we have never been back. 4 1/2 hours for chicken wings... REALLY? No thanks!
We usually order for take out from Wing Master because it's kind of a dive and wouldn't want to eat in there. Too hot and too smoky. Other than that the wings are AMAZING! I love the Apple Pie flavour and the Sweet Lava. I will definately continue to order from here. Hopefully they will open a bigger venue in the future and preferably not in Eagle Place.
I was very dissapointed with the size of the wings, and the overwhelming heat that hit me when i walked through the doors reminded me of a sweat shop. No disrespect to the owner or his employees but sadly i would not visit the wingmaster again.
My nephews have been raving about the wings here for over a year so I finally went to try it out, doing take out which I have since repeated again, and the wings were ready on time, the sauce was incredible, Texas Gold, like nothing I have ever tasted before and the pieces of chicken were huge and tender. So I will definitely order again.
Give Tre a break . He 's just opened and working out the kinks.I will admit the first couple of times there where par at best. Now I'm ordering 20 pounds of kong wings for work and telling people sorry but no more.....All the other reviews are not for kongs THEY ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!

When he was at Shooters his prices, meal presentation and food quantity were outright Excellent.
At his new location on Erie Ave, I have been their twice now, the first time we waited for over 2 hours for our wings and when we got them in a plastic bag, packed in a styrofoam box, exactly 6 small wings, 2 carrots, 2 celery pieces, all for a cost of about $10...the wings cold, food experience and quality very poor.
So, I tried the WingMaster again to see if any improvements have been made, didn't have to wait as long this time, but the quantity of food for the price is terrible, we ordered some potato wedges this time and I opened the box and counted exactly 13 wedges.
I don't think the WingMaster is thinking long term here and really needs to consider food quantity for the cadillac price he is charging, this will and is getting around Brantford, soon no one will be coming for your wings that at one time were to die for...
