Unfortunately this restaurant has gone down hill. Breakfast served with frozen hash brown potatoes that were cold and clumped together. They have decreased their serving size. Sad, it used to be good. Some of the newer breakfast places in Burlington actually serve hot fresh potato hash browns.

Great Dinning

I visited this establishment with some potential clients the other day and was taken back by the service we had. I must say the food was great, but what sets this venue apart from others, is quality of customer service we were provided with. The Manager himself made his way to our table and ensured we were happy with our orders, which we were. My clients who were from the States were happy and we also got a deal done. The overall atmosphere was pleasent and certainly a place that will be in mind everytime I need to take clients out. A big thank you to the staff and Management team

A nice atmosphere, with fantastic service. And the food was exceptional! I will go back ... many times. I recommend you try it.

Great date night at Symposium!

The location is odd and easy to miss as it shares a building with Zarky's but has a separate entrance around the side. Lovely atmosphere, decorated well and the staff was friendly and attentive. For our first time going we were lucky to go on Date Night, which consisted of a decent menu for $20 a person (included one appetizer each, one entree each, coffee and a slice of cake of your choice to share). The food was quick but not rushed, it was hot and fresh and the portions were fair. We wound up pretty stuffed by the end of the meal, so for $20 a person it was excellent. The regular menu looks full of great dishes, and I can't wait to go back and try a few. The selection of cakes was to die for as well. Definitely recommend going to this hidden treasure!!

Atmosphere was typical francise,service was good menu was sufficiant.I just dont like hair in my food.Perhaps I'm expecting too much from an under trained kitchen?

Been here before and every time I come it has been a pleasure.Food is great and staff is fantastic, I have had different waitress every time and never been dissapointed . I never do this but I have let people know how great this place is and I'm glad to see this place busy.The Manager John always makes us feel welcome. we will keep coming back and keep telling all of our friends. Thanks John for making our birthday dinner special.

The ambience is quaint with style. It is a warm fusion of artistic and urban. The menu is flavourful and unique. Trying to eat sensibly, it is nice to see options that are low carb at a decent price point with flavour. The desserts are amazing. Symposium cafe is great for breakfast, $4 martinis on a Wed. night, a Friday night,or just stopping in for dessert and coffee.

I've been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Compared to a lot of other Burlington restaurants in this price range with an equivalent atmosphere, the service and the food were quite good. There are a lot of different choices available here so you could take a group of people and everyone could find something they would like to eat. Breakfast was good, but it was not my favourite spot in Burlington for that. Overall, a decent place to try.

The best service ever had, a gy name ADAM!..he is very FAST at bringing out food, and coming MAX 2x to ask if we need anything, he didn't annoy us or bothered us on anything. He was maybe 10 ft away and i said " oh adam.." he heard me that far ..great service coming back again!..ok, and food was alright i had a chicke tuscaqn or soemthing the bread was over cook beside that food was great size. Had to take it home and we had a cake slice that was $4 soend $55.05 for 2 ppl and tipped him 20% because they take 4% of the poor ppl tips.!

We live across the street and came on a Thursday night, Alot of other restaurants are offering similar deals but I must say not the same value as this place.Entrees were fresh and hot and service was excellent, Manager even said hello to us and it was busy, Wouldn't change a thing as we came back on monday, best burger ever.. we will be back on Wednesday as per above review ,although I am a big mussel Fan, hope they are consistant We'll see.

I would be happy to write the first review for this new location in burlington! I frequent the milton location quite often, and was hoping that this location would be just as fantastic. I brought some friends from out of town, and we had a great time. The service was excellent - great personality and most importantly super attentive. We came on wednesday night for $4 maritnis, and had awesome mussels. Our entrees were great, and I love that everything is super fresh.For me, this place is a no-brainer. So happy it lived up to my high expectations! Fantastic place, highly recommend.
