Since Katie left, even the owner, Christine has said that the quality of her technicians is nowhere near what it used to be. This used to be the best location but now they have no interest in good quality or good customer service. Buyer BEWARE I traveled back and forth from the US for nearly 5 years, specifically for Katie to do my services, because she was EXCEPTIONAL. I should have no longer patronized this salon after Katie left, like all of my friends that left because of the poor service.

Nail Experts and Spa was recommended to me through a friend. I usually stick to my one Salon (HT Nails) who always does an amazing job. I decided to try something new even though they are 30min away from me. Once I got my nails done from Sophie, I was very pleased with the results. Staff is friendly and it is always clean!! I

i have been a client of Nail Experts and Spa since shortly after their opening. A friend recommended them, and I have been very happy with their level of service and atmosphere ever since. It is very clean, and the staff is knowledgeable and very up to date with the seasons trends. Myself and two daughters will continue to use their services and enjoy the very personable and friendly employees. Looking forward to seeing the new renovations as they continue to grow! Best place I wouldn't go anywhere else .

I saw on intstagram that they were open for family day. The receptionis wasnt the friendliest. They were already booked up at 1:00pm for the day, which is fine but her attitude was lazy, head resting on her hand looking at appointment book humming and hawing before deciding they were booked up. If your booked up don't you know this already? How about lift your head up when you speak. If I decide to go back I will make an appointment, that was my mistake.

I have been a loyal client to this salon despite moving out of close proximity. This salon is extremely clean and up to date as far as nail trends and techniques. They have an array of colours as well as design ideas and I am always more than satisfied. Christine and Kim are extremely friendly and accommodating and I will definitely continue to commute here because I know I won't be as happy with results elsewhere! :) best salon in Burlington if not in the GTA!!

Excellent Salon and Spa!

I have been getting my nails done for over 5 years now and Nail Experts & Spa (St. Catharines AND Burlington location) is by-far the best place to go. Service is professional, well experienced and always the best priced in town. The salon is incredibly clean, and the employees are all very talented. I have recommended this place to all my friends and they have all loved the experience they had there just as much as I do. If you are looking for a clean environment along with an incredible team of experienced and talented nail experts that will ensure satisfaction and ALWAYS do an excellent job - this place is for you!
