Not that it will make a difference but just a few comments! Called for an estimate on a Friday. Was told yes appreciate the call and will call Monday to arrange for an estimate that week. No call by Thursday so I called the business. The owner, I assume had excuses about being somewhere else! When confronted about not calling back and if he was interested he said maybe get someone else and hung up! Don't know about positive reviews on this business but not someone I want to deal wit

I apologise for your experience. I assure you this is not how this company is run. With that being said, we do get a lot of requests for quotes and we do try to get to them in a timely manner but we also require a small amount of patience from the customer. I apologizes for your experience once again and if we can help you in the future, please do not hesitate to call.
