First Line Walk In Clinic

I found the dr. there and his staff, very pleasant and kind. I was very glad to find such a pleasant atmosphere and people who really care, I didnt feel I was just a number. will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbours. The pharmacist, John is very knowledgable and didnt lose patience when I asked lots of questions.

The pharmacy tech (Sam) was great handiling my perscription! Very helpful, nice and informative. The Docter's are generally good. Depending on the day. Some better organization for waiting could be useful. Tidy and clean.

Lack of empathy and basic politeness. Basically didn't talk to me at all. He tried to rush me out of there without diagnosing me. Did not want to refer me to a specialist even though the problem has been persistent for over 5 years and has now worsened. Did basic standard testing to humour me. The doctor did not say bye when I left. Side note: no one else was in the waiting room.

Terrible service. Convenient location. Go somewhere else.

Waited an hour and the receptionist had only taken my name... Did not ask me the reason for my visit. I left out of anger and went to an urgent care center in Waterloo and waited half the amount of time and it was A LOT busier. Firstline needs a more organized way of setting up how they handle patients as it was my first time and I needed to fill out a form and with my whole 60 min of being there I could have done that to keep me a little occupied but no feeling that I was going to see a doctor.
