Mon. July 6, around 1500hrs. I needed help [lift assist] and called Chatham-Kent EMS. A crew responded, very professional, very thorough. I did not want to bother anyone but I needed help. I wanted to let them know if ever they \are out there wondering why/, in this case they reached out and touched a heart. Thank-you
