We were told our appoint was between 8 to 8:30. At 9:30 am .. Still not here... Called to check on location.. We were told no more than a half hour, the truck will be at our house. Well, 2 hours later, at 11:30, ( theee hours late ) the truck finally arrived The driver was nice and curious... I feel all fault lies in the booking and managing of appionts department. We lost a half day of pay waiting on a truck that should have been here first thing in the morning.
