Owner of Forbidden Fruit Juice, Konstantina Petsis, dares you to take a sip. “In this story, we encourage you to taste the forbidden fruit,” she says, smiling.

For this young entrepreneur, it all started with a genuine curiosity for cancer cures. Konstantina wanted to create something that promoted both physical and mental health – a way to connect the mind and the body. Her cold-pressed juice company launched in June 2014. The juices, which are inspired by and based on the seven chakras, “are uniquely crafted to target two of our major organs at a time,” Konstantina says.

But there’s more to them than that. Konstantina wants to promote an alternative mode of thinking, one that has been neglected by modern medicine. The end result is a system of natural juices that gives your body exactly what it needs.
