    I have been weari...

    I have been wearing glasses formist of my life. Annual check ups and glasses have always been a part of my life. I have been going to this office fore over 15 years. First with Dr.Dugit followed by Dr.Brokenshire. I can not begin to tell you how amazing they are. The office staff is always so welcoming and understand when I need to bring all my kids to appointments. Now one of my boys wears glasses and Dr.Brokenshire is so awesome with him and explaining to me everything that ia going ob

    DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do NOT go to this optometry!!!!!!!!!! I have had the WORST experience here!!! I went to get my eyes checked out and a prescription for contacts as I wear contacts all the time and never wear my glasses. First, the doctor was pushing a certain type of brand of contacts when I was telling her I've been with Acuvue for the last 15 years. She was extremelyyyy pushy and then started telling me I NEEDED to get Laser eye surgery and wouldnt listen to me when I said I wasnt' interested, can't afford it right now, and will nto be doing it anytime soon. She was so pushy!! THENNNN I was given a prescription for glasses and not contacts. I was told I had to come back another time to get my contact prescription. BUT ALL I CAME FOR WAS A CONTACTS PRESCRIPTION! They would not let me see the doctor who had prescribed me the glasses prescription and told me I'd have to make an appointment to come back. The next day I went back to see if there was someone else there I could speak with. The receptionist told me that the prescription I had was indeed for contacts AND glasses. So I left. However, upon trying to buy my contacts I've now been told by the optometrist there that it is a glasses prescription and I need a contacts prescription!!! Now St. Thomas Optometric Center with Drs Morris, Wismer, Shuit, Adulhussain, and Brokenshire want me to come back and PAY for another appointment to get my contact prescription! THATS WHAT I ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!! I am livid!!! I will never again go to this place, and I want to tell everyone and warn everyone what they are getting with this place....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
