Called this business to come and check my leaking dishwasher. Was told I need to load it differently and charged a service fee if $124. I trusted this professional $124 opinion. Dishwasher leaked again causing extensive home water damage. A return phone call and they told me there���s no use coming back out to check since they didn���t find any problem the first time they came out. Stay clear of this business!!!

I was impressed with Bobs speedy reply . I had called a competitor and was informed there was a 2 week wait to service my broken fridge.He came within 30 minutes and fixed it!He was very professional and I will certainly be putting him on speed dial. Thankyou Bob !!

My fridge broke suddenly the previous night. I inspected it myself and had a good idea of what it was, and Bob rather than inspecting it, listened to what I said and came with just the part and fixed it very quickly! Thanks so much Bob!

Bob was fantastic! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and quickly fixed my refrigerator the same day I called.

This is the second time we have used this appliance repair service. The first time was four years ago which was also a good experience. We found the technician/owner to be quite accommodating while scheduling a time. He even offered to come out in the evening hours. He gets right to work on the problem appliance. Both were fixed in good time. We are lucky to have a reliable repair service so close to home.

$115 for a call that was local service and took less then 5 mins. The part was $15. I feel like his pricing was rediculasly high for a very quick and easy fix. Will not use again.

Bob was prompt, figured out the problem with my fridge immediately and even though he had to leave to get the necessary part; he had the fridge up and running in less than an hour. Excellent service and very fair pricing. I would recommend totally.

When I called Bob I was looking for an opinion as to whether it was worth fixing an older fridge. Based on the service he had provided in my previous home know I would get what I was looking for. His vast experience with all types of appliances and their symptoms enables him to provide a quick answer. Within a few minutes he anticipated the problem and went about fixing it with a part he had in hand. I was impressed with his quick response and reasonable rate and readily recommend him.

I called Bob to repair my fridge. He showed up over an hour late, took a look at my fridge, pressed some buttons and even without opening back panel to inspect what is wrong with it he said he can not fix it. Charged me 75$ for the service call that took him not even 15 minutes. I only called Bob because he was local and I wanted to support local business vendors. The next day I called my trusted repair guy from Oakville and he repaired my fridge with no problem.

Excellent service. Came over in a Saturday morning to repair my LG front load dryer. Very nice to deal with and would definitely call again for future service.

Bob is awesome! We called him recently after our fridge broke - and he was able to come the same day to repair it. This was on a Saturday, no less. Fridge is now working better than ever...he's very pleasant, his fees are very reasonable, considering his expertise - and you get the feeling he could fix just about anything. Totally recommended.

4-5 star reviews! Unbelieveable! I bet he wrote it himself! I called Bob to check on my broken dishwasher. He came 2 hours late, didn't even bother to open it up. Just looked at it, removed the wire basket, played with the buttons, asked me how old is it and said that he can't fix it cuz it's too old (8 yrs old) to get parts for it. It took him 15 min and if reasonable service charge for 15 min (75$) is fair...well not in my opinion! Thanks Bob, I won't be calling you again!
