WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS FOR THIS INCOMPETENT & OVERPRICED SERVICE! He charges twice what a non-Chartered Accountant tax preparer will charge to do income taxes & does half the work. Didn't claim a huge deduction that had I not have noticed would have cost me more than $1000 in extra income taxes. Gave no apology. Left out a decimal place for another expense causing me to be audited & have to pay interest to CRA. Would not even reply or help with audit after his mistake was pointed out.
