The level of customer service is terrible. The servers are rude and condescending when attempting to provide them with feedback on an incorrect order. Would not recommend going to this place if you value true and genuine customer service.

Cold chicken rice, dirty trey, dirty restaurant and rude staff. Food safety is not something they seem to care about.

I am from Toronto and the schwarma out the cannot hold a flame much less a match to vita LA pita. I don't care what part of the world you are from please I beg all of you before you die go and enjoy a chicken schwarma wrap it's literally to die for. Everything else is equally on the same level. If I get rich I'm endorsing them.

This place is the worst. We bought 2 pita's came Home to eat them and my boyfriend took a bite and about 30 little ants crawled out. Never again will I go here again. The worst ever

I never wanted to leave a review for a place until tonight. I called to place an order and first the 'lady' who answered was rude and hibg up on me so I called back and a guy picked up and I tried to place my order again and he told me he didn't know if he had delivery and he'd call me back in 5, I said no worries and my bf offered to go pick it up. He comes home with the food ( I ordered a chicken curry plate and a large Greek salad) spent 15.43 and the salad was less than a handful with 3 pieces of red onion and no black olives and barely any feta which was very very mushy and was soaked in vinegar for some reason; that was almost 4.00 I believe. And then the main dish was dry with no sauce or anything... Like I said I wouldn't be writing this if I didn't feel I was ripped off.

Shawarma is the tastiest in town; generous portions, and a good selection of Middle-eastern dishes for your money. Taboule doesn't have much flavour, and usually isn't fresh. Better to take it to go than sit in, especially when it gets busy.

Best Shawarma in HAMILTON. I even say from here to Montreal! Everytime my friends or family visit from Montreal we joke about make our "pilgrimage" to that "pita place". No joke this place does make the best shawarma! Beats the Mont Fort everyday.

This is my favorite Shwarma place in Hamilton.. especially after the bar.. Could be a little bit cleaner but its ok.. Service is pretty fast.. im usually in & out!!

The food is great but the place could use a bit...

The food is great but the place could use a bit of a "clean up". I can't help but judge a restaurant somewhat on the state of the bathroom. This was really bad. I had to take my wife somewhere else to use a bathroom. One of the servers had very greasy hair. This doesn't give a good impression of a person who is preparing food. In spite of the great swarmas, these two negatives may kill future visits.

Great tasting food, friendly staff. We added a couple of poutines to our order after the fact and they did it for us anyway...and with a smile. Will definitely be back!
