WON'T RETURN TO FIX MAJOR PROBLEMS

Had Allen do my eavestrough this spring. He was also to cap one side of my garage. He asked to be paid, with just the capping remaining to finish, so I (foolishly) agreed. He was to come back the next week, as the eavestrough was finished on a Friday. He never returned. After the first good rain, I discovered 4 leaks, 4 of the 5 runs of eaveastrough I could reach were sloped AWAY from the downspouts, thus pooling in the trough and unable to drain, and on one side of my house (probably due to all of the improper slopes) the water was pouring over the entire length of the gutter. I have been phoning him for 4 months to rectify these problems. He is not returning calls.
