Extremely poor service after a new laptop was purchased and wouldn’t turn on after 2 weeks.

I had lost my dell laptop charger and was looking for a replacement. I know a little about computer so I brought my laptop in. When entering the store the lady asked if I could be helped. I told her I was looking for a replacement charger and she told me where to go and said she’d send someone to help. I have called over 4X and at different extensions to try and get help and no one will answer when they are suppose to be open? Terrible. I also know of someone else who requested help with their new tv, and the rep was incorrect and very impatient. I don't think I want to deal with this store. I'd rather drive to Merivale Road!
