    We purchased gaming headphones for our son. We were offered a warranty with them and we specifically told them our son is very hard on things and would the warranty cover if he damaged them. We were told yes it is no questions asked replacement so we bought the warranty. We just tried to replace the headphones and were told that the warranty did not cover damage so they will not replace them. Horrible customer service.

    I needed to hook 2 screens up to my computer. I went back to the store which is 2hrs away for me. They told me I wasn't using the proper port and never tested the computer. The next time I went in they told me I had the wrong cables and send me back. I've asked if they could run a quick test to see if my ports were working, but they weren't going to. One of the 2 ports was not working, so now I had to go in a 3rd time to get it to work. Wasted 3 days at this now!

    I've bought a laptop there, some peripheries, and got my computer repaired satisfactorily.

    Lack of customer service - Will not return.

    Went in to purchase a gaming laptop, I looked around at the laptops after not being asked for some help after some time I approached one of the associates who was not busy and asked if they had the laptop I wanted to purchase in stock -- he then asked me if I had checked their inventory to see if they had any stock. -- I was not aware it was the customers responsibility to check the stores inventory for products they carry. Horrible customer service I will be purchasing my laptop from a vendor that cares to help their customers.
