    I can’t even believe this person is able to own a company!! Sean is the most unprofessional a*#hole I have ever met!! Please please never hire this company for anything!! He is beyond disrespectful and rushes the whole time ruining homes in the process, not to mention lying to paying customers and taking their money!!!! ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL HUMAN BEING!!

    WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER HAD BY FAR! Sean the owner was very nosy as to all my items in my home which I found to be perculiar. They showed up 45 mins late. Sean was just throwing together all my very quality items in boxes to make this a quick move and boxes were falling apart as he carried them jam packed as per his packing. Full service move. I had to explain how to properly carry or wrap my items. Ruined floors in my new place by improper carrying. Waiting months for invoice! Awful

    Sean and his team moved our fairly large house to London from Richmond Hill, with 2-28ft trucks and a 17ft truck. We've had horrible experiences in the past with movers. I'm not sure if Sean is the manager or owner but his customer service skills highly exceeded our expectations! He was with us every step of the way and made this huge move, stress-free for our family. Sean provided a proper quote and billing there were no surprises. Would highly recommend this company and their team. - Brian.

    Red Rhino Moving has a new owner; can't recommend Sean and his team highly enough. I was down to the wire to vacate storage units in Ottawa, moving stuff to storage unit in St Thomas, and had left it to the last minute. Sean took the job on two days' notice, gave me a reasonable price, properly invoiced and receipted with GST, and came to my home out of town to collect deposit. Handled it all at both ends without me leaving home. Professional, pleasant, and a worry-free move.

    Booked this company back in March to move at the end of april, they took my deposit and never showed up. They never gave me my money back. Never book with them.

    I booked them back in April for a move on July 1st. Emailed them 3 days before the move and didn't hear back from them. Called them the day before to verify the move and they wanted to do it that day. Next day they were supposed to show up at 9 a.m but called to say the alternator "went" on their truck and would be a 1-3 hour delay. 3 hours we t by, didn't hear from them until an hour after that. Said he would be there at 7 p.m. I said forget about it, I can't trust you to be there.

    Hello, We see you left a review for the moving company. We've recently bought them out and we are so sorry to see what happend. They were a disaster we see now but it's under new management and we'd appreciate it so so much if you could please remove your post. We'd like to offer you also a 20% discount on your next move.     My niece and her partner booked these clowns in April to move them on July 1st. The day came and they didn't show. Their excuse, their alternator "went" and they had to change their move time. Don't EVER use these guys. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

    I hired this company for my move. they took my deposit and then on the day they were schedule for noon. at 1:10 i got a message saying the move before us was taking longer then normal. They would be there at 3:30 or sooner. at 430 still not communication. So finally at 5:30 they said oh sorry we will not be able to make it. NOW THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME BACK MY DEPOSIT!! Called, emailed, text, all with no answer!!! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE AND WILL BLOCK AND NOT ANSWER YOU
