The best prime rib on the planet. The galric toast is mind blowing the Caesar salad is to die for and the deserts are wicked. Staff is amazing. Cant wait to go again

Melt in your mouth Prime Rib

Not only should you have a reservation on a weekend but you also have to reserve your Prime Rib. That is how delicious it is. We went here for the first time over 20 years ago. We keep going back no matter where we are living. It is such a treat. You have to check it out.

One word...amazing, one of my best Birthday's ever. I went with my family and the owner was very nice. The service was perfect. The food was good and even my son that is picky loved it. This is the only place where I have been that make specialty coffee's right at your table. The owner even brought my mother and I a rose. He was thoughtful and cared about our evening. Best service I have ever had. I'm going back for my dad's birthday. You must go and try. A little expensive but worth every penny.

We are often in search of great food, great atmosphere and great service....we definitley got all three at Peter's. Best steak ever - presentation wow! Service amazing. We were the last ones in the restaurant and never felt rushed.

We come from South Scarborough approx. every 6 weeks to dine at Peters. The atmosphere is the best and the food is outstanding. Wait staff in Tuxes adds a very classy touch. The BEST Lamb anywhere, Fish, beef , chicken are top drawer. Great homemade soup

I have been going to Peter's for many years and it still remains my favorite restaurant. The food is always first rate and the service is always excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

My Favorite Birthday Dinner Ever!

I absolutely enjoyed my evening - it truly was one of my favorite restaurant experiences ever. Everything from the food, to the ambiance, to the all male wait staff in formal attire- I LOVED IT and can't wait to return.

Steak was over cooked, seafood was really salty and the service was cold and crusty We were the last table left at 9pm and all 4 waiters stood about 4 feet away and stared at us until we left This place is awful!

One of the most expensive meals I have ever had, and I did not have any wine or cocktails!!!!! Food at best was OK, and just like you could get anywhere else - including non-fine dinning restaurants...

Staff was very helpful in selecting our wine. When our dinner arrived we were very impressed by the portions. The Steak was tender and cooked perfect. The Platter was amazing!!!!! The decor and atmosphere made it for a really enjoyable evening!!

I have been a customer of Peter's for many years and I can say that I have never had a average meal there! I was reviewing the reviews and one review should not have been there one from a John C. I have been going to Peter's now for about 11 years and I have never seen calamari on the menu or a "red wine reduction". Review the correct restaurant. Editor's note: the calamari and red wine reduction sauce could have been a part of a daily special, so we're leaving John C's review posted.

Food was okay although I've had better. Service was horrible. I don't know if it's because the waiter didn't speak English well, but I verified paying the price difference to substitute for a more expensive soup and salad. In the end, they charged the full price and refused to fix it. Needless to say, it came out of the waiter's tip. Waiter was abrupt and not very pleasant, and cut me off a few times when I was trying to speak.

I love this place simply because of the atmosphere and the PETER'S CUT PRIME RIB. I'm in the cooking industry and the 1970's ambience, candle lit environment, and waiters in tuxedo's truly shows modern isnt always better, although tacky, it's an experience everyone should enjoy at least once!
