Nothing overly special. Quality service, friendly server, good atmosphere. If I'm in the area again I'll go back. Only negative is the server didn't ask if I wanted another beer, had to go to the bar.
We go here every so often because it's very close to where we live, and the food is ok. Not great, but not bad either. Have to say I really don't like their "renovation" after the water pipe burst and they were shut down for ages. The additional booths are good, but the decor is dark, dingy, beyond boring and instantly forgettable. Their Balsamic Chicken used to be my favourite menu item but somewhere along the way the recipe changed... blah.
Ambiance not too bad but price way too expensive price keep going up all the time beer always more expensive there any other places in Milton or any other Kelsey's .
Same for the food small portion, service ok for a big place like this
Overall I was not impressed. The steak was ok, nothing special. The mushrooms were burnt and they had to bring us another order. They didn't even bring any bread to the table.
All I can say is that we came in hungry and left not hungry.
Try it for yourself, but don't expect too much.
We 1st tried this restaurant a few months back. The atmosphere was great, the service was fast and very nice. The waitress was the best we experienced. The last time we were there we asked to be moved to another location as we were feeling a draft and they did their best. There were 40 of us who arrived late . The extra help had already left but the wait staff, management and kitchen worked hard to get us drinks then food as quickly as possible and they took the time to be sure we got what we wanted, especially a diner with food allergies. They were calm and cheerful and the bus load appreciated their coping with us in a friendly manor and all agreed it was worth repeating.

The four of us shared appetizers for our dinner. From the time our order was taken until the food arrived, almost a full hour had passed. When our food arrived, the nachos, wings and quesadilla were cold. The spinach dip was the only dish that was delivered hot. We sent the three cold dishes back and were brought new ones. One person in our party had to leave the table in search of our server so that we could get refills on our drinks. Two sets of drink refills were then brought to our table - one by the server and one by the manager. Communication was an issue. We have decided that we are not returning to that Kelsey's location.
Waitress was rude, threw the menus down at the table, no smile, very little words at all. Food was horrible, cold. The place had horrible outdated decor and the floors were dirty. We will not eat at this dump again.
My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way to Chicago from Buffalo. The restaurant wasn't busy at all, almost empty. We were waiting at the front for several minutes for a server to come, I was begining to think we were supposed to seat ourselves until a server finally came. I'm not sure what her problem was, but she was the most miserable thing I've come across in a long time. She took our orders for drinks, took over 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. We waited for the meals to come for almost an hour. The food was average and cold. We left a $2 tip... very generous of us considering how bad the service was. On our future trips to Canada we will not be eating at Kelsey's.

I like Kelseys it has a cosy atmosphere and the staff here are friendly. I have had numerous meals at this establishment. Kelseys is a real favourite of mine. Other Kelseys establishments I have visited other Kelsey's restaurants in London Windsor,St Thomas and other cities and the food tastes the same at every location which I have visited. The staff are courteous and service is always very good. Their Captain's platter,Rib and Wing combo,and steaks are excellent and are favourites of mine! This is one of the best restaurants in my opinion and I have never had a bad meal here and I have never left there hungry! They also have excellent desserts

We had such a great time at Kelseys.... The food was incredible.. and the service was too... We had one toddler at our party and our server played with her and made my daughters nite... she also recommended having my duaghters food come out first with our appetizers.. so that way she would have plenty of time to pick at her food and maybe just finish it for once........
I recommend this restaurant to all .... If you are looking for a great affordable evening out .. then Kelseys is the place to go.......

We arrived on this Monday night at about 7:00 for dinner. We were surprised to find that there would be a 20 minute wait. I'm assuming that this is uncommon as there just didn't appear to be enough staff on to handle the volume. We were ushered to a table in about 10 minutes, greeted promptly by our smiling waitress. However, once the orders were taken it was another 45 minutes before food arrived. However, we've never had this happen before at Kelsey's and the food is so good that we will be back. However, we will be watching to see if this service is the exception....or the new rule.

The restaurant was pretty empty when we got there and it took almost 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us. It was only when we were on our way out the door that someone came. Once at our table our server came quickly but after taking our drink order we could see her chatting with some guys at the bar for over 10 minutes untill someone from our table went down and asked the bartender for our drinks. We just ordered apps. but they took over 45 minutes and came out cold. When we told out server this she got upset and asked what we wanted her to do about it. At this point we got fed up and left. It is the only time that I have ever not tipped a server. We will never go back.
