s a part time resident of Minden and a lover of Thai food, finding out that there was a new place in town excited me. That being said, I will never go back. I had ordered an "assorted mushroom soup with Thai seasoning - 1 chili heat"... What I got was a raw, white mushroom only, bathed in a luke warm water with grease separated, with GIANT chunks of nasty tomatoes in the bottom and 2 pieces of coriander.
