I called ahead and did not have to wait at all...

I called ahead and did not have to wait at all, however very often I drop in without and calling and don't mind the wait at all. It's because they don't start cooking the chicken until it has been ordered, thus resulting in the juiciest, most flavorful chicken I have eaten. The seasoned fries are a hit with the kids and the salad is always very fresh....LOVE IT

Absolutely the best chicken and fries in...

Absolutely the best chicken and fries in Mississauga! However the wait is too long and the staff has too much attitude. Many times they say they are out of chicken, come back in an hour and a half!!! Not worth the wait. But it is so good you just have to give them another try. over and over and over again.

Owners & staff are very cooperative about...

Owners & staff are very cooperative about substitutions for those that want to eat "HEALTHY" ...too bad, because the food is great! Never seem prepared for the "rush" of traffic. Be prepared to wait - or better yet, call ahead. Staff always seems to be in a bad mood, often making the customers feel like they are 'bothering' the staff. This includes the owners/manager.
