Food are very good and the portion of the dish is...

Food are very good and the portion of the dish is huge. Regular size of the soup is good for 4 people but the price is only $ 6.5. Service is very good as well. Waitress are very frienly and helpful. Price of the dishes are very resonable, it is our number one choice for chinese food in town.

The food was okay but the service is...

The food was okay but the service is terrible.When we informed the waitress that there wasn't enough plates, she smapped back at us and told us there was enough. We counted again and no, there wasn't and she then stomped away. The whole time, she served us with a bored "I don't care and I hate being here" tone. The dishes and cultery were disgusting. One peron at our table got a dirty pair of chopsticks. When the soup was being sponed, the waiter was sloppy and the table became a wet mess. The tea we got tasted expired and the water we got was so dirty we could actually SEE the yucky stuff. I'm very disappointed in the quality of well, everythind.

I always go to this place, either for lunch or for dinner. They offer super reasonable price for lunch. I always order the same food everytime i go there, i dont think there will be any restaurant better than this. The service is really good, the waitress is polite and different than other chinese restaurant. I will definitely visit it again. ^^

Overall, the food there is excellent. The chef seems to know what he's doing there. However, the service there is absolutely horrible. When my family and I went, the waiters and waitresses messed up our order twice throwing down dishes that did not belong to us. The employees there do not seem to have the time to smile and are quite rude. Some time during the dinner, the waiter there decided to take away our dishes, without our permission, and managed to take away a dish where there was still food on it. After that, the employees handed us the bill without asking us and waited for us to pay. The worst of all about our experience, was when a member of my family went to the washroom, she returned to find that a waitress had taken away her chair for another table. Absolutely ridiculous and unorganized management. The only reason why I may return to this restaurant is because my family loves the food. Nonetheless, I must say, the service is upsetting and ruins the experience at this restaurant.
