I hate this location. Hate is a strong word but WORST customer service. Never picks up the phone late at night even AN HOUR before closing ??? We walk in and they just let the phone ring because they want to go home early. Once we called 30 mins before closing ( last minute craving ) and they said sorry we stop taking orders and we’re closing now. What? They’re rude and treat their regular customers like bs. We actually drive all the way from Mississauga to a downtown Toronto location now.

Hi there. I had recently purchased a pizza from this location and found hair in the pizza as eating it. We had called the location and were recieved by a rude representative who said we could drive all the way back from Brampton to get another one with no apology and remorse. When I had called back the guy was exceptionally rude and gave me a fake name as Roger when I asked to make a complaint. There was so much attitude and arrogance when a simple apology would have been proper. Never returning

Great Quality & Selection

Great selection of specialty pizzas and different combinations than you usually get at takeout pizza places and the quality is worth spending a little more! I HIGHLY recommend the eggplant parm pizza!

More than disappo...

More than disappointed customer. I placed an order online for their special, but upgraded the medium for the large. I received my pizza and was surprised to discover rather small boxes of pizza being delivered. I called to let them know there was a mistake made and I was told that I must have made a mistake ordering online. I spent a lot of time on my order and know my order was correct online. Instead of problem solving with me, offering some sort of assistance, I was belittled over the phone. The man on the phone insisted that it was my fault - he was not nice. I ended up with cold pizza and a hungry family members never again will I order!!
