Our worst experience at a salon! We have never experienced such insulting and ignorant behaviour from someone in the service industry, like we did from the owner of this salon! I would rate this salon "0" if I could!
I have been looking for the perfect hair salon for years! After numerous disappointments, I found Salon Gardenia. Ever since I trusted Yvonne and George with my hair, it has never looked better. On a couple occasions, people have stopped me on the street to ask where I get my hair done. I’ve been going to Salon Gardenia for over 10 years now. I used to live in Mississauga, close to the salon - that’s how I found them. However, I moved to Nobleton...but I still make the long drive to get my hair

This is the best salon ever. Yvonne and George are incredible. Two amazing people that make you feel like family every time you go there. They are both extremely talented. I have been coming here for years. Thank you for the work of art you create each time!

Worst salon I've ever been to. I only went for a blow out and was treated horrible. My extensions were put into knots, my head was pulled everyway by 2 "sylists" and then I was charged dbl the normal rate because "everyone charges different" 90$ to be treated horribly
Had my first experience with Salon Gardenia 4- 5 years ago through Wag Jag and still going and recommending the salon to my friends. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. Had my haircuts with Dina i George - very happy with both stylists.
I just had my hair cut by Ivone, I just moved to Kingston and I travel back to Mississauga to have her cut my hair. She always is friendly and warm, and takes the time to make me happy and accommodate me.The service is excellent and she takes the time to make my hair look perfect. I highly recommend her, she is very talented.
I've been having my hair cut by Evon for years, and she's a genius. George has also cut my hair a few times and is also incredibly talented. They both listen carefully to what you want and take their time to get your hair perfect. My little sister had her hair done for prom there and it looked so lovely. They are also super friendly there, and it has a classy atmosphere. I highly recommend Salon Gardinia!
This salon is absolutely amazing! The hair stylists are incredible at their job. They are super friendly and will give you exactly what you want. The prices are reasonable and the salon itself is beautifully designed. Very impressed with the great customer service and I guarantee anyone going there will be satisfied. I definitely will be going there again for many years. I recommend this salon to everyone!
I just got a hair cut from Salon Gardenia last Saturday ,it was first time for me their .my hair cut was just amazing and all the staff were very friendly . defiantly I will go again.
I had a WagJag voucher for Salon Gardenia and I must say it was probably the worst experience I have ever had. Please do not book your appointments with Dina, she is clearly unhappy and uninterested in her job there. She was busy talking to another hait stylist, cut my bangs too short, with the promise that 'it will look better' to 'it should grow back soon'. I went in for a trim, expecting 1 - 1.5 inch "trimmed" off. I must have told her that at least 4 times, before she hacked off 4 inches. I had to stop her halfway through. While the ambiance at the salon is great, the service there is terrible. Sadly that was my second time there. The first time, I went in for an up-do, that lasted till i got home. The curls didn't stay in place and it was $60 down the drain for me. Will not recommend this place, until they change hairstyllists.

First of all I would like to thank you for your review , But I wanna let you know that us(management) we care about our business and we try the best to make all clients happy and satisfied. so simply you've could till us or call us later if you're not happy with service and we are more than happy to help you any time. about the wagjag you could use it again with other hairstyles if you're not happy with Dina ,ask about Evon or George . take care Evon
