Left feeling super bad as the woman told me my hair line where I part it was really thinning. Not a good experience. I get that it is and you need to be nicer about it. I know it is. I am a 26 year old female, do you think I am happy about this!? Be more sympathetic next time please. No longer a customer.

Terrible Service!

I had scheduled an appointment at 3:00PM for a wash and hair cut. At 3:05 I was informed my stylist had gone out for lunch and would be back shortly. I could hear another worker calling the stylist and asking why she had chosen to go on break if she knew she had a booked appointment at 3. So I waited ... and waited... At around 3:28PM the stylist showed up and asked me what I wanted done. I told her I wanted a medium bob and showed her pictures of how short I wanted my hair. The stylist glanced at the pictures and rudely said "Yeah, I don't know how to do that.I only know how to cut layers". I can't believe she wasted my time! First I waited about 30 minutes for her to come back from break and then I find out she's an incompetent hairdresser! I will NEVER go back to Trade Secrets! They clearly don't have capable workers. Don't waste your time there!
