    avoid at all cost

    I contacted this company to install piles for my decks early 2014. Of the seven piles required one was installed 9 inches higher than the rest, one was slanted, and the third was nearly 13 inches out of line with the others. I contacted them nearly a dozen times hoping we could find a way to fix them, but was told that, "sometimes they go in straight.. sometimes not." I then contacted Goliath, who told me that franchises are responsible for their own jobs. Avoid at all cost.
