Swiss Chalet

ordered take out so I could eat in my car on the way....I ordered the quarter chicken with fries (easy to eat while driving), and the fries were literally cold (not warm) but cold like they were old and sitting there for an hour or so (oh by the way this was about 2 pm), also saw several dark hairs on my chicken, I IMMEDIATELY returned and was told by the lady that I was lying and "LEAVE MY RESTAURANT AND STOP TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD" and this is service??? DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION,

delivery/ RIBS WERE GREEN

So my husband and I decided to order in from Swiss Chalet once again from Davis location. I got the quarter chicken and it was alright my husband got his half rack of ribs and quarter chicken. Once we opened our food the ribs were GREEN. (means they have been out without a fridge for ovewr 24 hours) my husband called and after letting the lady know the issue she said she did not believe him and hung up on him. DO NOT EAT THE DELIVERY without checking your food this is the 2ND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. If you dont want food poisening I sudggest you go into the resteraunt.

April R is a most wonderful server. Made us feel like Royalty. Chicken is great, wish they gave more fries though. Otherwise, all in all a wonderful experience

We had to wait about 10 minutes for our server to come and sever us( the place was not that busy) her excuse was she could not see us (we where in the middle of the restaurant). We asked for our drink but did not get them right away the food took forever and we did not stay from the hand wash.We did not give a tip and the waitress came and followed us all the way to the car asking for her tip and we said " WHy you did not serve us anything good"
