Todays Taxi

Zero rating from me. The taxi was smelly, the seat beside me was filled with bags of toilet paper, the car sounded like it was falling apart. I was riding alone, a minute into my ride, he driver asked me if I had cash and I told him I was going to pay by CC. He insisted on driving me to a bank machine. When I got to my place, he took out his Blackberry and mentioned his Blackberry does not have good reception hence he cant accept CC. He then asked me to give him my home wifi password. Avoid!!!!

Obviously i understand safety etc...but...In Ontario, taxis are exempt from the carseat rule. We were going around the corner as its cold and icy and did not want to walk. Cab pulled up, saw me and my 14 month old daughter, said "no", and drove away. I called the company back and long story short, "Its not our problem." I will never be using them again. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

They said 10 minutes. It is now 40 minutes and no one is here. Called them back and I am "next in line". 40 minutes is absurd. I'm sick on my way to the docto and this is really inconsiderate.

zero stars all the way! I understand there is three locations to this company but for some reason in the last 5-6 years coming from toronto to york region I've been having nothing but problems. The dispatch is just ignorant and unbelievably rude. The lady is just flat out rude no matter how nice you are. the cabs never wait for you to exit the location your waiting or never seem to have the correct address. there is just poor work and customer service all the way around. PLZ LOOK INTO IT.
