    Too expensive they charge me $1650 to replace my radio for another radio that it has not screen and is the same as 2000 year type I am not coming here never even if I meet it

    Sebastian and his team do awesome work. They worked on both of our cars and installed stereos, remote starters and more and we are very happy with their service.

    My 4th car starter/alarm combo was installed today by 12 Volt. I could not be happier with the result. They are amazing and the only people I trust to work on my cars. One of my previous remote controls was giving me issues 2yrs after the install and they replaced it no questions asked. They keep their word and I even received 2 complements from 2 different dealerships on the quality of the install. I would definitely recommend them to anybody and I have never once heard anything negative

    12 Volt Car Audio - DONT GO THERE

    DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE.- Horrible staff Workers: Sebastian and Dave (owner) Reasons not to go: 1) overcharged me significantly They charged me 2 full days of work (at 70/hr), i showed up each day, they started work at 11:00 am, and stopped at 3. 2) poor quality of work: They kept saying 'oh you will not find anyone more professional to do good job'. My mechanic looked at some of the wiring and advised that if it rains, your ECU can get fried due to their work. Further to this, i requested work to be discrete (hidden/not visible). It was visible and thus far from discrete. When i saw the results, they had the nerve to say 'see. its discrete...'. 3) Horrible communication/customer service I showed up each day because i wanted to be there if they had ANY questions to ask. They hated the fact that i was there from their body language and their attitude. Each time they ignored my questions on progress, and pretended as if i was interupting them
