Incomplete Paperwork

I paid for their witness service to set up a Hong Kong bank account. They forgot to complete part of the paperwork. It was supposed to be checked over by an employee before sending it to Hong Kong. As a result, I was not registered for online banking with that account. The staff took no steps to rectify the situation. They only said there was nothing they could do. I had to send the required paperwork to Hong Kong myself with a fast approaching deadline. If I knew that was the case, I wouldn't have spent the money on the witness service. I'm sure there are other BOCHK branches in the GTA with staff that are more fluent in English and protocol.
