The service was h...

The service was horrible. I called for a pick up order, she messed up my words. I said veg fried rice she heard shrimp. That's okay, i get the correct order finally, tell me why my wings are cold and harder then cardboard. Do not go here unless you want bad service, horrible attitude by the lady that's always in the front, and old cardboard plastic food.

these were the most unprofessional people I've ever met that has worked in a restaurant they've messed up my words like so many times and fuses to fix it when I called to complain the food quality has gone down and the prices has gone up customer service skills in the toilet save your money and go somewhere else because it seems like when they don't need nobody's business the way they treat their customers the food was absolutely had no flavor

food was average the service was horrible in most restaurants they come every 15 min to clear dishes and/or see how your doing but, doesn't happen here it's like here's your menu and eat and pay and make sure you tip well everything was average nothing stands out in this place. You think the owner, Chinese man behind the counter( he's rude),opened 3 restaurants called Caribbean Heat, Caribbean Heat 2 and Caribbean Heat 3 that he would hire better wait staff. I'm pretty young and I could open a better restaurant than that

Dont Bother

Ther service was absolutely appauling. The level of rudeness from the Asian man behind the counter was unbelieveable. The food was medicore at best as the rice was burn and hard. This is not somewhere i would reccomend my enemy to visit. It by far the worst restaurant i have "ever" been to and that says alot I come from a third world country.

I Visited the Albion and finch location a very beautiful place overall big , great lighting, etc. ONe thing is that i noticed the servers don't match the place at all they seem to all be wearin home clothes! My sugestion would be to have some sort of dress code for the girls (* all Black, White top) whatever the case. The food was okay, not the best carribean food i had. With a few adjustments i think they could be so much better

The food here is AMAZING!! My entire family loves it here. We sometimes visit once a week for a variety of things. If you like Caribbean Chinese food it is a must try!!!! Decor and service isn't by any means classy but the quality of the food makes up for it. Tasty food + Casual Dining - this is the place.

Caribbean Heat's vegetable fried rice and BBQ chicken is the best chinese food ever in Toronto. Most of the time, my family order take out and it's just as good. The service is always kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent fried rice.
