Poor and unprofessional service. The waitress yelled across the bar for our order, then just walked outside to smoke with some customers. The best part of this place I would have to say is the music.
I didn't know what to expect walking into this restaurant since it has so many different reviews but I'm glad I didn't let the negative ones get to me. The staff was SUPER friendly. They were always checking up on us, not to the point where it was annoying but just the right amount. The wings were AMAZING. I mean first of all they are HUGE. I've never seen chicken wings so meaty. I tried their BBQ Ranch sauce with it and they were SOOO GOOD!!
The wings are to die for! A lot bigger and meatier than Wild Wings, All Stars, or St Louis. These wings have sooo much flavor.. just be careful because they are SO addicting!! The staff are so helpful when it comes to picking flavours. They really guide you through the process of elimination "do you like something sweet, spicy, both, dry, mild, exotic", etc. You really end up with the flavor you wanted!
Every time I go here, the place gets better and better! I think they just did some renovations too. Their staff seems perkier and the atmosphere is more lively than usual. They seem to have wing specials every day. I was surprised when we went in yesterday that they had half price boneless wings. I got the gar gar parm flavor after the waitress recommended it. Their wings are so addicting.. I will be back for more!!
My boyfriend and I have gone to this location on two separate occasions and both were not worth the trouble. We were told to seat our selves (4 tables were taken up) and it took 10min for the waitress to take our orders on drinks alone. Another 10 min to receive our drinks and thats only cause we reminder her. She didn't bother asking us to take our order and we had to wave her down after another 10-15min. We got up and left. Just this evening we attempted to give it another try and of course it was completely the same experience. Waiting time for just to be acknowledged was disgusting. We walked out again. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
